Morcilla: Spanish handmade Black Pudding

Morcilla also known as black pudding or less commonly as blood pudding is made from pork blood, or poultry or horse blood (used very rarely), fat, rice, onion and salt. Morcilla is served as a part of full breakfast in England, Scotland and Ireland.
